We provide comprehensive training to ensure each program is carried out as effectively as possible.

Preneed counselors receive extensive one-on-one in-field training for a minimum of 2 weeks to make sure they represent your funeral home properly, and we continue to mentor them throughout the marketing campaign.

Our training system develops habits, so preneed counselors’ presentations come naturally to them and consistently produce results. As a result of 40 years of experience, our 2-week training regimen has shown to consistently increase close rates in the presentation and form lasting relationships with families. Both are goals anchored in techniques and procedures that have proven effective in the past and consistently succeed today.

In addition to sales training, our partner funeral homes receive all the tools, materials, and guidance they need to carry out each program successfully. We are always on hand to support our partner funeral homes and to answer any questions they may have.

This “one-on-one” in-field training approach has proven more effective than “classroom” or “university-style” programs as counselors are able to witness successful habits in action – seeing is believing.
